President Roosevelt Rhododendron has a flower with strong frilly red at edges and a white center. Varigated foliage makes this a very interesting plant. Very showy, but needs a protected spot in the landscape since the plant can break easily. Also known as Pres. Roosevelt Rhdodendron.
